Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 October 2026
1. The Service & what it is not
Zonavra presents parcel boundaries, building facts, a reading of published zoning plans, site-screening information and related indicators assembled from open government data sources (see our Attribution page).
The Service provides indicative information only. It is:
- not a legal survey, cadastral measurement, or official land-registry statement;
- not a planning, zoning or permitting decision by any competent authority;
- not legal, planning, valuation, tax or investment advice.
Where a result could not be established it is shown as unknown, never as clear. Check anything you rely on with the competent authority and official Kadaster products. Ordinary viewing of results on screen and screenshots for your own use are fine.
2. Your account
You need an email sign-in and must accept these Terms. No company or VAT number is required. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
You must be at least 13 to use Zonavra, or at least 16 if you live in the EU or the UK.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute data or results.
- Do not exceed rate limits, probe, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its data providers.
- Do not use the Service to re-identify individuals. It does not show owner names or individual sale prices.
- Respect the licences and attribution requirements of the underlying open-data sources.
4. Subscription, price and payment
The subscription is billed monthly through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment, invoicing and VAT. The price is the amount including VAT shown before you pay; it is set in Paddle’s checkout and not in these Terms. The subscription renews each month until you cancel the renewal. Only new accounts explicitly invited by Zonavra may activate a free trial of Pro. It lasts exactly 72 hours from activation, with up to 25 lookups per day (reset at midnight UTC). No card or other payment method is required. The trial ends automatically, with no subscription and no charge. After it ends, you may choose a paid subscription separately at the price shown before purchase. The invitation is tied to the recipient’s verified sign-in email and cannot be transferred. One trial per account and one redemption per invitation link. An unused link expires 7 days after issue; this does not shorten an activated 72-hour trial. See the Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy.
5. Cancellation and withdrawal
- Cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Your access continues until the end of the month you paid for.
- Withdraw from the contract using the “Withdraw from contract here” function on your account page. You receive a dated acknowledgment you can download.
At checkout you ask us to start immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the contract has been fully performed. If you withdraw within 14 days of your purchase, you get a full refund — also when you asked us to start immediately and have already used the subscription. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, pays the refund. The EU model withdrawal form is in the Cancellation, Withdrawal & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms waives the statutory right of withdrawal.
6. Our responsibility
We provide the Service with reasonable care. Because it presents third-party public data that we do not control, we cannot promise that every result is complete or current. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that protects you as a consumer, including your statutory rights if the Service does not conform to the contract.
7. Data protection
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Suspension & changes
We may suspend access for a serious breach of these Terms. If we change these Terms materially we will tell you, and you will be asked to accept the new version before a new purchase; an existing subscription is not changed without your agreement where the law requires it.
9. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
