Licence notes
CC BY 4.0 sources are reused with attribution as shown — this includes the Kadastrale kaart (BRK), whose attribution condition we honour in-map and here. The BAG OGC API v2 is marked Public Domain Mark 1.0 by its provider — a label, not a licence or a CC0 1.0 waiver; ROR flood data is CC0 1.0. For Natura 2000 the provider's own metadata conflicts (the OGC API we read states Public Domain Mark 1.0, the WFS, WMS and ATOM channels state CC0 1.0), so we state neither as settled. We credit all of these anyway. Search uses the PDOK Location API, published under CC BY 4.0. Bodemloket and the Netbeheer Nederland capacity map are not used in this version: their reuse terms for this use are unconfirmed, so nothing from them is queried, shown or exported. Licences cover the data; API access is a separate matter. DSO zoning access is subject to the official DSO Fair-Use Policy (we cache and back off on rate limits), and PDOK services to PDOK's service terms. Zonavra selects, filters, summarises and derives advisory fields from source records; those transformations are Zonavra's and do not imply provider endorsement. WOZ data is currently unavailable: Zonavra does not query Kadaster or show a monetary value.
